Black & Blue salve may support your bruises. Be sure to use as soon as you bump into something to possibly prevent the discoloration from starting.
Ingredients: olive oil, arnica, beeswax, essential oils: rosemary, lavender, fennel.
1 oz tin or 3.5 oz glass jar
Rub on areas that were injured and may bruise or rub directly onto bruises.
